My massage cushion has a strong gas like smell, isn’t this toxic and bad for our family’s health?

No, it is not toxic. It is only the smell of the glue that still needs a little more airing. The glue has long been in use for our products and considered as safe. In time it will dissipate and the strong gas-like smell will disappear.

The force of the Shiatsu massage is too strong for my 65 year old mother. Is there no way I can adjust the intensity of the massage, let’s say low to regular?
Where can I buy replacement parts for my Shiatsu massaging cushion?
There is no pre-printed return label included in the packing slip. What if I have to return or ask a replacement for my order?
It has been two weeks since I asked for a replacement of my Therapist Select Shiatsu PLUS Massaging Cushion, but I still haven’t received one. Why is your company taking too long to act on this matter?
